Thobile Caroline Zondi was born in Durban and raised by her mother. She spent her early years with her great-grandmother, Mavovela Dlamini, in KwaBhidla (Bulwer). She later moved to Durban, attended school, and lived in Newcastle before returning to Durban in 1999. She loves God. She is a loving and caring person. She forgives. She is very good at hospitality. She loves to serve. In 2003, she went to Newcastle to build her life and that’s where she discovered her passion for cooking, travelling, and event planning. She worked in various jobs before founding Thobiezon PTY LTD, specialising in catering, planning and travelling services. In 2024, she founded a non-profit organisation, Ostomate KZN, that supports, empowers, and educates individuals living with stomas and raises awareness in the community about stomas.
